The SPÄH Group recently re-elected new representatives to deal with employees’ concerns, questions and potential problems.

Several internal mailboxes have been set up to enable uncomplicated and confidential contact. Employees can submit their concerns there – be it a personal issue, a suggestion for improvement or a problem in the workplace. The confidants take up these issues neutrally and, if necessary, pass them on to the management or the relevant contact person.

We would like to thank Martina Stumpp and Jürgen Hahn for taking on this responsible task and look forward to continued open and trusting communication within the company.
