True to the motto “Because you are important: strong through everyday life!”, the annual Health Day at SPÄH took place again this year – and once again the event was a complete success. The aim of the event is to give employees the opportunity to obtain comprehensive information about preventive care, prevention and health-promoting measures.

To mark the occasion, the Group invited various partner companies to present a varied program. Among others, Berufsgenossenschaft Rohstoffe und Chemische Industrie, RV FIT, Top Five Fitnessstudio, Elten Sicherheitsbekleidung, LaVita Getränke, Rock the Bike and Life Kinetik were on site. They presented informative articles, carried out practical exercises and gave valuable tips for better health in everyday life.

The offers were very well received by the employees. The Health Day shows once again how important prevention and the well-being of its employees are to SPÄH – and that a healthy working environment is crucial for motivation, performance and quality of life.
