HP Multi Jet Fusion at SPÄH

Prototypes and series made from PP

HP Multi Jet Fusion is a fast and economical 3D printing method for high-quality prototypes, individual and series production in plastic. Karl Späh GmbH & Co. KG also offers these for polypropylene and advises on projects

By combining polypropylene and industrial 3D printing with Multi Jet Fusion, Karl Späh GmbH offers new design freedom for small and medium-sized companies. This is demonstrated by initial projects at the company’s “Additive Manufacturing” technology center. Until now, the industrial use of polypropylene was mainly possible by injection molding – and therefore only profitable for large quantities. The MJF process enables the production of prototypes through to series made of PP in the highest quality. The advantage: polypropylene offers exceptional chemical resistance, excellent ductility, high elasticity and low weight.
