On November 6, 2025, the large career fair took place at the Albstadt-Sigmaringen University of Applied Sciences – and SPÄH was there with its own company stand.

The event has established itself as an important platform in the region to facilitate direct exchange between companies, students and prospective graduates. For us, the fair was an excellent opportunity to present our company and make direct contact with young talent.

Our highlights at the trade fair

At our stand, we presented our current vacancies, apprenticeships and study opportunities. Whether commercial, technical or creative – we were able to show visitors the many different paths that SPÄH opens up to a successful professional future.

Numerous trade fair visitors took the opportunity for personal discussions and asked questions about our day-to-day work, corporate culture and career opportunities. Our colleagues were on hand to provide individual insights and make valuable contacts.

Conclusion

The Careers Fair 2025 was a complete success for SPÄH: we were able to make many new contacts, hold exciting discussions and introduce our company to young talent. It was great fun to experience the enthusiasm and curiosity of the students – and we are already looking forward to hopefully welcoming some of the talents as part of our team soon.
