Efficient heat dissipation for electronic components

Electronic components are becoming ever more powerful and compact – at the same time, the challenge of reliably dissipating heat is increasing. Whether battery packs, LED modules or power electronics: uneven surfaces or the smallest air gaps can impair cooling and shorten the service life of the components.

Modern heat-conducting materials such as gap pads, silicone or ceramic-filled pads and innovative nano and hybrid solutions close these gaps, compensate for tolerances and ensure stable heat transfer. Thermal conductivity, formability, electrical insulation and reliable long-term behavior are decisive factors here.
